一、 訪談前

    1. 蒐集客戶相關資料，盡可能了解該公司

            a. 官方網站
            b. 社群平台，例如：Facebook、Plurk、討論區、Youtube
            c. 新聞媒體
            d. 政府公開資料，例如：上市上櫃公司、營業登記
            e. 產品市占率

   2. 先與自己的團隊討論可能遇到的問題，並討論出需要向對方了解的東西，例如：該公司的營運方式、設備規格、營運模式等等

如來精舍

It is kind of religion that two of my friends joined this year, which named 精舍 but they just call it a “sharing”. One of them have joined it for about half year and invited another with her last month. Recently, they continuously and eagerly persuaded me to go with them. However, what I found was something different about them, no matter the talking style or the way they think. It is indeed weird since they just entered the team for such a short time and have such a big change. Thus, I tried to search as many information as possible from what they told me through the internet. One thing I have to say is, they said that it is merely a “sharing” instead of a religion. But what I found is, it is indeed a religion, which really shocked me.

The religion mentioned above has something do with money according to some forums. However, I was shocked for my friends seemed conceal too much information on purpose when I asked them what the group they are in. I felt being cheated but wanted to know the reason why they changed. Besides, I strongly believe it is the group that influenced them. Hence, I took some actions as follow.

前中時記者：人生總有非賣品 我拒絕旺中老闆保衛戰

There is a big news recently, the possibility of mass media monopolization in Taiwan. The event origins to one of the biggest mass media called “Want Want China Times Group” wanted to merge and acquired another mass media called “Next TV”, which might cause the problem of monopolization. I did not realize it is a serious enough problem for me to follow and care about until I saw my friends continuously transmitting articles on the internet.

One of the articles being transmitted which roused me to pay attention to the issue is written by a former reporter of “China Times”. She was a reporter who just joined The China Times for about one year and was indicated to write a report for the monopolization protest by students last month. Since she was afraid that the senior officers might ask her to write a report which is not neutral, she started the report after getting the officers’ promise. However, what she saw on the newspaper next day was her report with two paragraphs added, which totally change her standpoint and the fact. She could not know who added the paragraphs because she is the only editor on the newspaper. She took the action to remonstrate with the officers but did not get a direct answer. After then, when the cyber friends noticed the distort report they started to cyber manhunt the innocent reporter, which made the reporter decide to quite the job.

亞拓需求訪談

Today, I went to a company named Align with my teacher, two seniors and teammates to have a requirement interview. Align was launched in 1984 for producing carbon brush motors. In 1995, they started to develop vacuum cleaner which can be used in both dry and wet situation and collaborated with Japanese company HITACHI and TOSHIBA. Later on, Align expanded its techniques to the remote-control operations and opened up its global territory by remote-control helicopters, which have got more than 70% market share all over the world.

The low salary issue has become much more severe these years. Not until I saw this article, “22K staves off top students in Taiwan”, did I realized that there is not only the problem how much Taiwanese get paid, but also the treatments we have in Taiwan. Once, I thought I will stay in Taiwan because it is my country, where I grew up, no matter how cruel the environment is. Yet, the conviction is swaying now.
